Return & Refund Policy

At HUSHHH, we want you to love your sleep essentials as much as we do. If something about your order does not feel quite right, whether it is the fit, feel or style, we are here to help. Unused silk sleep masks and silk pillowcases can be returned within 100 days of delivery, while all other HUSHHH products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Your comfort matters to us, and we will always aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

Eligibility
Silk sleep masks and silk pillowcases are eligible for return within 100 days of delivery. All other HUSHHH products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unused, complete and returned in their original condition and packaging. We may decline returns that show signs of use, damage or missing components.

Registration & Inspection
HUSHHH operates a Self-Service Return Portal. When submitting a return request, customers must provide a valid reason for the return together with clear supporting evidence. Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected within 5 to 7 days. The outcome of the inspection will be communicated by email.

Costs & Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective or damaged item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned products must be complete and in their original condition to remain eligible for acceptance. Delays caused by customs are outside our control and do not constitute valid grounds for a return. Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete bundle and cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges
Requests for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete and in their original condition. After the return has been received, inspected and approved, store credit will be provided by email so a new order can be placed. HUSHHH does not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.

Denials & Acceptance
HUSHHH reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy, including products that have been used, are incomplete, are returned outside the applicable return period or are sent to an unauthorised return address. If a return is declined, the item may be sent back to the original sender at the customer's expense. By placing an order with HUSHHH, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return Policy.
