The customer service is great. Carmi answered all my questions. The shipping was relatively fast. I really like the sleep mask. Regarding the pyjama, I was slightly disappointed because of the sleeve.

My biggest issue with other eye masks has always been pressure around the eyes. This one gives me enough room that my lashes don't feel squashed, which makes a huge difference.
