Yes. The strap is fully adjustable and sits flat against the back of the head, so it stays put whether you sleep on your back or your side. One size fits most adults.
The contoured shape follows the nose bridge, which is where most masks let light in. Combined with the dense 23 momme silk, that gives you full blackout without pressing on your eyes.
Mulberry silk is naturally hypoallergenic and resists dust mites, so it suits sensitive skin. There are no dyes or coatings on the side that touches your face.
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, then lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Skip the tumble dryer, bleach and fabric softener.
Silk glides instead of dragging, so the skin around your eyes isn't pulled or creased overnight. It also absorbs far less moisture than cotton, which means your night cream stays on your skin.
